I’m Ionsul — an eco-spiritual mystic, healer, writer, and facilitator of magic.
I’m also someone who struggled with being alive for a very long time. Growing up as an empath and HSP in a dysfunctional household, I was riddled with chronic depression, anxiety, and self-loathing for most of my life.
When I became a mother at 24, I knew I had to heal for the future well-being of my kids. I tried many things — from meditation to talk therapy to psychedelics. But nothing worked until I found NIASZIIH Healing and Bodywork, and learned to address the visible AND non-visible dimensions of being.
